I didn't say that. The fact is that laws had just changed regarding cultivation separated from the dispensory, which opened up a great opportunity for us and many others. We wanted to get in before it set in with the market in a county that was pro cannabis. That is how we got the land so cheap. The previous owners were into it for nearly 1k an acre. So, at worst we bought the land well below the value of it. At best, we will make it worth the 4k an acre as others recently bought land for that price in that county to do what we are doing. And that is just as it pertains to the dirt separate from the opportunity to generate revenues from leases we have in place.
