First CEO announcement could easily be a HUGE REVERSE SPLIT FOR SURE!! With 6.2 BBBBILLION shares on the street, it is the only way to get control of the share structure as stated here:

otherwise he would never have backed into a publicly traded company with such a large share structure.

Lol, wait several months??? Yea, I guess so when there is no hope to recoup principal in this turd...better hope Petzel has an ole fashion promo planned for this pump and dump turd, since that's the only thing that's ever led newbies into purchasing worthless shares at higher prices than .0001. One has to wonder why someone of supposed high praise would even think of getting involved in such festering crap such as EMJI...and the Petzels are supposed to have their wits about them when it comes to financial markets? Getting involved with EMJI says much otherwise. There are 1000 cleaner shells out there then this POS. Something stinks

PS: Why would Petzel be best fit for the job??? he has no experience running a public company. that doesn't make any sense

I'll agree in a way, but disagree in a way.

I think that waiting several months for developments is fine, but this is a big change for Emaji and the CEO of a publicly traded company has a responsibility to both run the company and communicate to shareholders.

I'm with you, I don't want a pump, I don't want news for the sake of news.

I do want to learn what the business model will be going forward. I think we deserve to get an update regarding strategic plans and long term goals for the company. I think we also will get this and I don't particularly feel that it's late, yet.

A few more months though would be too long. I'm sure Mr. Petzel had plan forming, if not formed, before he accepted the job. So he's had 2 months now to figure out what that plan is and how he can share that with us, and I believe he will.

The key for me from Chris is: Don't tell us about things that you are working on that may or may not come to pass (individual deals). Those things don't really matter until the deal is done.

Tell us what your business plan is, give us a 6 to 24 month plan that you believe is realistic. Let us know how you are going to turnaround our company.

There are some shareholders with a lot of shares (like me) that want to be loyal shareholders, but that loyalty will have to be earned. Best way to earn that is to tell use your plans for the next 2 years and then as you check off those milestones let us know. Builds our faith in the company and it's leadership.

Looking forward to hearing from you in your official capacity as CEO.
