LOL. I think we all did. The discussion involved getting another broker to transfer certs on an OTC from another broker.

Apparently a lot of brokers won't do it as Janice said.

Scottrade does allow trading in OTCs but they want $7 plus .5% of the principal if the stock is trading under a buck.
