Speculation on my part-

So that DOM would be on schedule for deployment
and that the money would be available to make the prototype with Delphi. Prototypes will be very expensive to make.

I actually could see Delphi becoming involved with this stock. I'd have to re read the S-1 again to see if they could buy out the lender.

Because DNRG needs the cash now. Probably was on its last dollar after the salary increases and all the past trips that needed to be paid.
