Speculation on my part-

So that DOM would be on schedule for deployment
and that the money would be available to make the prototype with Delphi. Prototypes will be very expensive to make.

I actually could see Delphi becoming involved with this stock. I'd have to re read the S-1 again to see if they could buy out the lender.
