UMS paid everything they are being taken to court for. Not only that but this lawsuit was a gift to investors who are UNSURE about the merger going through. Guess what? It went through. UMS/CPD Mobile claimed them on court documents. GG the merger is complete and UMS is most likely doing somewhere between 30 - 50 million in revenues with around a million dollars of net income! Get in NOW or get left BEHIND. I am done trying to convince investors of this. February will be here soon enough and everyone will see.

I mean apple has been sued multiple times for billions, IMO a lawsuit is a good sing, because everyone tries to make a buck from companies that are making money nobody will try to sue a company that has no money because they know they wouldn't be able to pay. If you fall on a crappy supermarket in the corner because of water in the floor would you sue? They probably will be able to give you 3 dollars and 59 cents, but if you fall in Walmart because of water in the floor, would you sue? Of course it happens all the time because people know Walmart for not going through all the trouble they immediately settle for a couple of grands usually ranges from 50k to 250k .
