NO MERGER HAS GONE THROUGH

TALK has not had their last two years of financial reports reviewed and two yearly 10-K's audited due to the fact that TALK employed Terry Johnson as their CPA, who was banned from practice by the SEC earlier this year.

UMS has not been audited either, and both of these are required for a SEC filer to merge with a private company.

When these events actually occur, and a new CPA firm signs off on both then they can merge if they want to. And all the nasty details will have to be disclosed.

Then and only then will one see an actual merger that has gone through via a Nevada SOS filing.

Until then it is all hearsay, speculation, and blind faith IMO.
