We really don't know the purpose behind big companies to acquire the likes of a company like TALK what is the mindset behind acquiring a company that could add to your coverage lets say? Or what is the purpose of going public with a shell instead of an IPO? There could be multiple reasons why all this is happening and multiple companies benefiting at the same time from 1 transaction.
It could have a value for the other companies for multiple reasons we don't know IMO they might be literally using it to capitalize, monopolize. In between other things. IDK really. All speculation.
