Hey Fair enough everyone has doubt a little and everyone has hope too, now i really think it does benefit a legit company from using a shell, that way they don't have to go through an IPO which is a pain, expensive as heck. And more difficult to go from private to public, if it is successfully applied, they would be a public company in a flash.
