IF the merger actually happens AND UMS actually has the revenues and assets they claim post independent audit.

Everything is forward looking at this juncture, everything.

TALK is highly problematic due to many factors, it is an encumbered shell. It makes no sense for a legitimate company to merge with TALK.

I have serious reservations and doubt any of the hype is real.
