Ok longs this is what I have..


1. The ports are still a focus, and there is still tremendous interest in HISC's products. HISC is just waiting to do and open bid. Fred said this is a very slow process. They can't focus 100% of there time on the ports because HISC needs to go after leads that will produce REV NOW….

2. EVSI: They have co's they want to put in the shell. He seemed to be very excited about the future of EVSI. A good portion of EVSI's Rev will go to HISC. Also he said the Div is still set for the 27th.

3. will submit the SB2 by year end. Fred said the OS will be reduced "it has to if we want to take HISC to the next level"..

4.Prosec: the order will be filled this year. HISC is just making some changes to the GSM model.

5. Second Q earnings will be out no later then Aug 15th..

6. Would not elaborate on Volvo, But he did say Ford and Volvo are linked???

Dirt, this is the only one I have seen so far and some were upset because it didn't give a $ amount. But at least it said they have received payment for the initial order. (I did not copy the entire PR, just this small part.)
