Wow have you not read my earlier posts. The have had a horrible balance sheet but I am willing to see what the Microsoft settlement brings. I doubt microsoft will agree to a licensing agreement and pay them a onetime lumpsum payment for a scam. It is rare a small company achieves a victory in litigation against a giant especially in Delaware.
Look up Virnetx was a company of 5 people when it first started that won almost 200 million in a patent lawsuit against microsoft. Also beat them in multiply lawsuits in the years that followed. As I said time will bear this out research recent tech settlements against tech giants and trust me the do not settle if the case is not legit. Many suits are brought and 99% of them get tossed and never make it to trial.
In this case the trial was going to begin next month and settled before then. All we are waiting for is more information.
