I think ZERO deaths from post 1950s reactors in 50+ years of service is a pretty darn good track record. In fact it's a perfect track record that is unapproached by any other human endeavor in the history of mankind. More people die each DAY in automobile accidents than have died in the history of nuclear power.

Yes, I think it's safe and only an idiot wouldn't.

Dude, you are spewing to a nuclear scientist with the Southern Company.
You are so off base.

I have an Electrical contractors license and do work at Oak ridge.
You have no clue what it take to just run a few outlets in a plant.

The only thing wrong with nuclear is all the choking regulations.
