Well I can't tell you why Ltnc is on the no buy list I don't know ... The only thing I know is every time I tried to place a buy order it said error contact your branch.. so I called Scott Trade and ask why I cant place a buy order.. Scottrade said this security is on the no buy list.. You can sell it.. But you cannot buy it.. Basically if you owned it before it was placed on the no buy list you can sell Ltnc...But you can't buy it now..
