To be correct the PR only says

With recent developments at Regen, we expect the cost of investing to increase and that investors after Q1 2016 will no longer have the same historical discount that Regen extended.

1. Nothing said about stop of share selling after Q1/2016.
2. They expect to sell shares at a higher price. OK, assumed they sell future shares for .075. This would be an increase of investing costs (3x compared to latest sellings) but wont help the pps in any way.
3. Increase of investing costs is only an expectation (forward-looking statement) not a fact. Similiar to the non-dilutive financing from the Lander agreement PR that is not part of his milestones or his contract. But sounds good for the public.
4. If the costs of investing don't increase investors will have the same historical discount. All without making the above statement a lie.

Wha? LMFAO. That's not what he said at all. He did state that new collaberations will be announced in Q1. And by implication and as explicitly stated RGBP would no longer have to pay with discounted shares anymore. That is close to saying that he will announce funded big name partners that will eliminate the need to pay with shares anymore. Now it's the act of a successful person early in a new leadership position to get a couple of big wins quickly. For him to publicly predict that these partnerships will be announced in the next 76 days means they are close or done already. I'd say now is the BEST time to buy.

Why is the SP going down? IDK but is seems reasonable that someone needing cash and owns shares at 2 or 3 cents a share would be happy to get their cash out at 10, 11, or 12 cents a share.

I still think the first PR will be about the NIH. I believe it's being reviewed or has just been approved by the NIH and I believe it will clarify, in favor of RGBP that NIH is funding the collaboration. I'm hoping that stops the bleeding. But the big announcement will be one with a recognizable, profitable BP or Biotech. That's when I think the SP takes off. And I think that happens before end of Feb.
