We always hear there's little harm in paying $2 every few weeks for a fantasy. But these "games' must cripple some families.

State Lotteries provide lots of slick billboards and bus ads especially in poor neighborhoods, but few numbers like that $778 figure.

Naturally the states are now thoroughly addicted to lotteries and keeping out private challengers. Oh well... enough rage for today.

I don't like to use my card at gas stations at the pump(too much fraud), so usually I go inside to pay. No matter what state or where I am, I find that gas stations are lotto/lottery casinos. People buy $10 and $20 scratchers.

Too many people holding up the lines buying tickets, turning in tickets, scratching scratchers and buying more while holding up the lines. Most of these people are not people in BMWs or Audis dressed in suits, they are ethnic, stinky, no teeth, etc.

It is like your at the track in line waiting to bet five minutes to post and your not in the club lounge but in general seating, not at Santa Anita or Del Mar, but Los Alamitos.
