If you asked him this week, than I am sure he didn't tell you or anyone else with Thursday's news looming. Someone on here contacted West Coast Stock Transfer earlier this week and they would not give out the number. I for one will wait until after tomorrow's news conference for an answer. FYI, he answered the question on his blog 3 weeks ago @ 7.4 Billion, I contacted West Coast stock transfer about a week earlier and they said the same. So there hasn't been a previous problem with this.
Ryan Schadel December 19, 2015 7.4b shares total issued. Float (depending on which definition you use) is about the same. The shares I hold are not really “tradeable”. If I chose to sell shares I would be limited to selling under the 1% per 90 day rule. Our COO is under the same restriction.
