The brand new series on Showtime called "Billions" is worth checking out. It focuses on the stock markets and the corrupt shenanigans going on. Kinda even shows you how the SEC and The States Attorney office go about deciding who and when it's time to take action. It's not a perfect portrayal but certainly shows insights how some of its done.
