That would work. And as today's settlement makes clear, they'd have to restate all their financials from 2010 on.
What's unfortunate is that Scotty Boruff, Deloy Miller, and David Voiticky haven't been charged. All three--but especially Scotty--played a very large role in what happened to MILLQ. They could at the very least gone after Scotty for signing all those Sarbanes-Oxley certifications.
