It's an interesting theory JD...you're accurate about most things so I think most of us would like to see this license reinstated...that being said, it sure is for all the wrong reasons. Did you get a chance to look into the cause of action? From what I can tell, and I'm not a lawyer, it appears that it has to do with Dan's lack of filing and accounting...I could be wrong.
