"No one has gotten fees in a long time"

And you know this because......?

Since after all the last filing was q1 of last year.

And it included $200k in "consulting fees"

Isnt that about the entire amount that Dan bought his seat for? (Minus drilling a hole costs of course)

Why dont you let us in on where you are finding this interesting insider info?

Can you tell us how many shares the insiders hold here? Thats been a mystery ever since day 1.

For some reason management doesnt like to tell people what they own. Or if they sell. And after all as Dan once said... there is nobody to regulate so they dont have to.

Kinda like most laws. If there is nobody around to make sure you dont steal, robbery is totally ok
Right?

Interesting Truth, that all that spending on attorney fees spent PRIOR to the shareholder letter? Is that your contention as to why Scott hasn't done very little in the past 8 years including drilling in the right spots? That is quite a stretch on your part.

I was a strong supporter of Scott for years making many enemies here. I have been in contact with Scott personally a few times and always getting an answer. The past year however he has gone silent and it remains my contention that when the SOE deal went south he panicked and did some very questionable things. He has a lot of explaining to do so maybe he should put some of that money into answering the shareholders and living up to his fiduciary responsibilities.

Since apparently you remain a big supporter use that relationship to get him to respond to the letter that wasn't generated by an attorney. it shouldn't take an attorney thus no cost to do just that, communicate with the shareholders.

Just because fees haven't been paid, doesn't mean they are not owed, assuming they were legitimately incurred. And, if they are still owed, then that shows as debt that nio-star owes to srsr, right? And, if so, then this would have to be taken into account if a party was interested in making a deal for the nio-star assets.

The exploration fees make sense to me, as it is easy to know how much it cost to drill a hole. but the bsda's do not. Would be nice to know what if anything was gained from that 540k.

Also, it is completely unacceptable to keep shareholders in the dark for 8 months and counting without an update, and with scott statement that it was an exciting time with multiple updates being forthcoming over the next several weeks, makes the lack of an update all the more egregious. It shows a contempt towards shareholders.

IMO, the lowest hanging fruit to restore a bit of confidence here...

"We've basically been $35 K away from defining a resource since we started... and we still are."

You say we now have an ore map that gives a cohesive model of both historical and current drilling due to the discovery of hole #10.

-----

1.15 Recommendations
Sarissa should continue to focus on a future resource estimation. Phase 1 focuses on work to
develop a resource. Phase 2 looks at exploration to increase the resource.
The first priority is confirmation of the 1955-56 grid location by confirming the locations of four
holes in which casing is reported to remain. The second verification of Sarissa under a complete
QA/QC regime. Additional observations of drill core and Specific Gravity measurements are
required.
Phase 2 aims to assess the entire complex through registration of historic data to a current base,
completion of a detailed high resolution magnetic gradient survey and trenching in the SE zone to
better understand alteration, structure and lithology. Mapping of known outcrops may also be
beneficial.
As part of Phase 2 Sarissa should ensure that all operations meet or exceed environmental
protection standards. The company should also engage with other area users to minimize
annoyance and to understand their concerns.
1.15.1 Budget
Phase 1 is budgeted at $35,000 plus the cost of a mineral resource estimate. Phase 2 is contingent
on the mineral resource estimate and has proposed budget of $86,000.

Shouldn't the priority be to get a resource estimate?
