He has an obligation to report if he sells any shares. Not sure how many days after the sale, but he HAS to report due to his % ownership. Hold your horses just a bit and you will know for certain either way.

Agreed. I noticed that also. Still waiting for him to address the Ondra issue, as it is a huge cloud hanging over this entire episode. Considering it resulted in quite a lot of press, he has had the ability to clear it up and has chosen not to. His investors may want to know the answer to that question at some point.
