Ive been looking at this for a bit. Cant tell is this company is worth anything or just another scam. I'm staying out for now. Too many red flags.

Hogwash. The merger, which has yet to happen, does not require the filing of a Form 10 with the SEC, the very idea of which is preposterous, as this shell has gone dark. Just like 99% of the OTC companies that do file to go dark but never resume fullly reporting status. Many claim they will, but never do.
