Hogwash. The merger, which has yet to happen, does not require the filing of a Form 10 with the SEC, the very idea of which is preposterous, as this shell has gone dark. Just like 99% of the OTC companies that do file to go dark but never resume fullly reporting status. Many claim they will, but never do.
