Yes and thank you... You are very well versed in the strategy and ongoings of this company, even more so than I am. I do not know everything and I do not know for certain what the outcome will be, but a picture has been drawn and I take it for what it's worth. I enjoy trying to bring the "big picture" into view so that people can get an idea of the life changing possibilities that exist and are due to this technology. CDMA is by all means nothing new, but it is in the way it is currently being utilized.

mjk, re: "(NOK) can design their own CDMA ICs under the agreement with QCOM and not pay a royalty on them. But they still have to pay QCOM the royalty on the sale of the subscriber and infrastructure equipment.

Curiously, NOK doesn't show up on QCOM's list of ASIC authorized suppliers. I have always assumed that was because NOK ASICs are a part of NOK's finished product and thus already subject to royalty on the full sales price. NOK isn't selling ASICs, is it?

Could you please amplify on your statement? Is there a recent press release or other material which demonstrates this to be the case?
