From the latest shareholder update, the material has the stability for commercial use. I have had phone calls and exchanged email with Steve in the last 6 month. My impression is that they are quite confident that the material is the real deal. Although the company wants to present in the best light, but I don't think they would say anything that is flatting untrue.
