Bull, Maybe you can provide the board with a $ comparison for deploying a CDMA 2000 based network versus deploying a new virgin WCDMA network and maybe you can compare costs of evolving a GSM based network to a WCDMA network versus evolving a GSM based network to a CDMA2000 network. "but I have to believe that this path was specifically designed so that the GSM company's can get something from QCOM technology without actually having to pay QCOM (i.e. some kind of royalty stream of their own)."
