Also, I've been watching the O/S vs Float since the B-1 executed on 9 Sept and there have been ~1.6M less shares in the float, up until 2 hrs ago when my systems updated (and low and behold the O/S = float now. Therefore, I can only suspect that 1.6M of common stock otherwise unavailable to be sold due to the 3 month volume limit, was released to MM over the last 5 days. Coincidently, that number happens to be quite darn close to 1% of "the shares or other units of that class outstanding".

I'm a long time investor here since 11'. Not meaning to put negative pressure on the sentiment; just provided an assessment on what I've noticed here over the last 3 months.

Sine people love buying into companies that have lots of warrants because they know the MM will run up the price upon exersise.
I think the price went up here on expectation of milestones being hit. Of course this series A warrants were sold into the market. Doubt Dart sold any if his though. Not sure about the math but I don't believe this is anywhere where dilution would hurt the sp in the long run.
They're playing for a piece if the pie in a 6B market place. That's just the HER2NEU vaccine. If the Fra can become SOC one day that's another 2B. Not to mention colerectal cancer, NSCLC, and Small Pox.
Then they have the collaboration with a PD1. This company will be bought out IMO long before any vaccine ever hits the market.
$6-$10 is an achievable TP even with every warrant exersised.
I loaded up on some dramamine for the bumpy ride and put many already on ignore for the BS. If there was only a pill to treat that. Now that would be a 100B dollar market place.
Best of luck!
And have a pleasant weekend everyone!
