Coolbluewater, this is what I posted a couple of days ago on the China Unlimited board. Would you know how many record holders AIVI currently has?

FORM 15 Filing Companies: Invitation to CDII traders!

I have compiled a list of Form 15 filing companies that are probably good companies. They file this form when they have under 300 record holders so they don't have to do SEC reporting. They do this to save money on accounting fees, etc. Should the companies get back to 300 record holders they are required to report again. So the reporting obligations are not terminated, only suspended.

There is hardly any disclosure with these companies so you won't see PR's etc. But in my view they are real companies so I am a shareholder.

So does anyone care to join me in buying these stocks? Please note I use a target price as being equal to last reported book value on Yahoo.
