Pink sheets means they don't need to file with the SEC...I'm more interested into why someone bought 750k shares a few months ago for way more than what the PPS is at now.

Very odd to say the least. Why would anyone spend 75k on an non-reporting company?

Go with the tide, just make sure you don't get caught in the undertow!
