What are the ramifications of signing an NDA and then using the information for personal or corporate advantage? Asta

As part of the recent $30 million financing, NW Bio was required to engage Ondra (with fees starting at $150,000 per month) and NW Bio did so. The engagement agreement included confidentiality provisions and requirements. -- NWBIO

I bet some of the consequences would be listed in the agreement, maybe others, if disallowed use occurred, would include consequences for fraud, etc. Just speculating.
