I keep asking this but what possible motive could they possibly have for refusing to clarify so many of the issues that have destroyed the share price and the market ? Is it all really by design ??
Even they should know that markets don't operate in an informational vacuum !
If they do issue more convertible notes they may not be convertible into stock for 180 days which would probably be after drilling. Do you think that would immediately affect the stock price?
