So all this "Bob walked" is nonsense, the representative for the Board is now Kevin Karius, a well known and well liked broadcaster in Edmonton involved with multiple reputable charities and organizations.

I'm more than happy to wait for the update from this fine fellow. If it was really gonna be "Bob walked" there would be no updated contact for people to reach out to IMO. Has it scared off buyers momentarily, sure. But not selling at these prices anyways!
