So then why did you buy if he increased to 960m? It was there in the public filings for months. Clearly he needed some flexibility with financing - if he could get non convertible financing you don't think he would? He owns over 40 million shares - he's not intentionally trying to dilute PPS - it's pretty obvious he was backed into a corner.
