nudieasifson, boy you sure are a greenie, when it pertains to investing. The Fully Diluted OS figure in the 10Q is through October 31st. So, I'm not spewing lies, just opinions and an opposing opinion on this board is a NO NO!

For all we know, the D holders, new debenture scum, etc. have or will easily increased the OS during the last three weeks and the next 5 weeks.

Remember, our trustworthy CEO, increased the Authorized to 1B shares in August without a proxy, 8K, shareholder's letter because he can without accountability seeing he owns approximately 42M shares.

FOR WHAT REASON, WOULD OUR CEO, OUT OF THE BLUE INCREASE THE AS TO 1B???
