Hi Doug, You got to get a newer windows, You should be able to pickup 95 somewhere and run it on your old machine until you get your new computer. As you indicated the problem with your online bank is likely the lack of java scripts capability.
What artiewu and Chrisau were talking about was pop up ads that are started by java script. One way to stop them is to go in to your browser setup and turn off java scripts. I think with AdSubtract you can set it up on per web site, instead of all or nothing.
