Not saying they are lying, but as i pointed out the condensed 3 month income statement 9/30/15 shows as O/S as 1,471,327,890.( see below):Odd.
Only diluted shows what the shares would be if everything was converted.--- not the outstanding( which is standard with GAAP accounting.Could be an error, the outstanding should state what is presently issued.

1,471,327,890

Diluted weighted average common shares (2)
1,476,922,143
