With what would Red Oak buy a company with, if they have limited cash flow. They would have to issue shares, or take on a loan.

They did not pay the $ 10,000 to keep the OTCQB tier on OTC Markets.

Being a SEC reporter, the fee is all that keeps them from being OTCQB.

I noticed some other items on the co profile that weren't updated...at least last time I checked.

IR is worthless, to get a reply from him is like pulling teeth...

In all sincerity, this smells of a company that knows it will soon be acquired.....
