do you have access to his trading records? How do you know how much he will lose, if any, and how do you know in advance what your losses over your lifetime will be?
He self proclaimed his holdings and said he hasn't sold a share. Last value stated was above $40K and that was when PLNI was at .008??. You really need to read his posts.
As I get older, I gain more wealth from the market. I do not take risks of this nature, so I will not suffer a single loss of his magnitude, I am slow and steady, looking long term.
If there is a suit, it would be a class action. I can decide at that time if I want to join in, but you are correct, with such a small loss, a single day of " I told you so" will do just fine.

Why don't you apply this phrase to PLNI? It fits so well. Or, have you lost your sense of smell?
