Sorry captain, you are putting holes in the bow of your very own ship, imo.....VERY OBVIOUSLY, NOBODY with a small loss is going to sue a company, especially a company they know they will never get a penny from...but here you are and your buddy, claiming very small losses, but you will look into taking legal action?
