Tbh, I don't know how much time this will have to take, it's more or less a given route to have a new company set-up together with bod aso. From my perspective this shouldn't have to take more than a Q tops, it would also be very interesting to know where this new company will have the origin...no reason whatsoever to have it in the states with all their bureaucrats that's for sure! And if we get rid of the foccing SEC I think we could save a bunch of time...

The main company will stay with the SEC and in the US and on the OTC obviously. The separate company which will be set up needs a new BOD and a committee and everything else. You think they will find an entire new BOD within a quarter?

To change legal entities within the SIAF structure ei. move agreements from CA to Triway shouldn’t take so long in my opinion. Especially since the legal part of the DD haven’t raised any red flags. Of course there will be some delay compared with the whole company being listed. But this should not be more then a 6 months delay. So lets say Triway IPO´s in June. And long before that there has to be a X date, meaning shareholders that own SIAF shares on that day will get Triway shares responding to the number of shares hold in SIAF. And I guess we will see a strong rise in share price with that communication. And with no share price history being available there is nothing to drag us down. I actually think we will have our 100-dollar party on Triway before SIAF.


Ps. I think Triway is Hongkong based and I see no reason for that to change. Other then put a Norwegian mother on top, only if needed.
