Sorry penn and tenn....he was a crook from the get go, there was no company 'products' except promises and stock and the subject about a crook that as far as I can tell is totally removed from the stock of this board and as such would be considered off topic now.
Discussing what went down with the scam sellout is on topic, defending a defunct non existent previous company is off topic however.

I suggest you twice removed stockholders create a board in that companies name under the general category, or free stock board with the old ticker and fna the company.
