Did "Dart" say that or anything remotely similar in "his" PPHM filings?

September 1999 was the most current document I was able to find and Kenneth Dart is the sole owner of "Ross Financial Corporation". I am going to see if I can find anything newer.

I have yet to find any filing stating that Ross Financial owned 26,440,278 PPHM shares...
