Apparently Ross Financial is a Dart affiliate according to this old article in the NYT:

Dart Financial Increases Its Salomon Stake

WASHINGTON, Nov. 13— The Dart Financial Corporation has raised its stake in Salomon Inc. to 5.2 percent, or 5,472,500 common shares, after selling much of its stake in October 1995.

On Oct. 17, 1995, Dart Financial sold its holdings, except for 43,000 shares held by Dart and its affiliates. But the Ross Financial Corporation, a Dart affiliate, purchased Salomon shares from Oct. 30, 1995, until March 13. And since Oct. 22, Dart has bought almost 1.9 million shares for about $45 a share. Salomon rose 12.5 cents, to $45.375 today.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Dart Financial said Ross Financial holds the bulk of the stake.

Dart Financial is a private trust company affiliated with the Dart Container Corporation, a manufacturer of polystyrene cups and plastic cutlery and dinnerware. It is not controlled by the Haft family's Dart Group Corporation.

The Salomon stake was being held for long-term passive investment purposes, Dart said in the filing.
