Bull, I did say Base station, not handset chips. I also did not say that QCOM didn't make any products... I believe I was referring possibly to IDCC<VBG>

They attempted to, or at least planned to, and got at least to the trial balloon press release and spec sheet stage.

It enjoyed even less success than the MSM5200 ...
Both have been cleaned off the revitalized QCT website.
The CSM5200 has not been replaced in the lineup.
