Static. Thank you for your reply. If you want to take a count of who has how many divy shares "comming", I have 5417 and my wife has 31 shares.
I cannot give an honest answer as to why I added after the reverse except for tunnel vision to get my average cost per share down. Do I have any faith in Management. Maybe YES in one of them, but it appears that the other rules the roost and pulls him around with a ring in his nose. I would love to send Bob Cox an email as I do have " some" faith in him, but I have been told his email is often intercepted by someone else.
Your Ameritrade says the dividend will be payable in restricted shares. I am not a computer literate person at all, BUT I have searched and searched again all the announcements I can find prior to the dividend date and have not found the word RESTRICTED relative to the dividend anyplace. If someone has seen it please advise and it will save a lot of further research.
You state " I am sure we will get our shares...." I am not now betting on it. The company has already taken care of themselves. In other words they sold their divy shares as soon as they had their hands on them? That would be quite typical of them from what we have seen in the past, BUT IS IT LEGAL AND IN ACCORD WITH SEC RULES?
What I would like to present to the SEC is that there never was any word of restricted shares in all the PRs issued , however how do I know if maybe they did notify the SEC of this but not the general stock holding public.
I wish J.P. would put his 2 cents into this discussion. He is the board moderator andis quite adept at using a computer to find information. He should have at least 3,500 to 4,000 shares of divy and frankly speaking I do not see why he is not assisting in this discussion.
Lets see what happens after more learned shareholders in ISCR have to say, assuming that most of them still read this board. maybe at least one of them could provide some technical information.
