Here's a copy of email I got form one of my accounts:
TD AMERITRADE records indicate that there was no ex-dividend date quoted for the ISCR: INSTACARE CORP COM dividend. This dividend will be payable in restricted shares of the common stock. We have not received the distribution of shares at this time. It is not uncommon for restricted dividend payments to take longer to be received than cash dividends. Once TD AMERITRADE receives the allocation and instruction to pay shareholders, entitled accounts will be updated to reflect the distribution.
TA says they have done there job, OS reflects change to indicate added shares. Company took care of the OBO's
(Beneficial investors and themselves) they got there's. As you can see the broker has no disbursement date.
I get the felling this is how those guys get there "freak on" watching us commons squirm that is. Pay back to all including the ones who do not deserve mistreatment. I am moving the closer to the dark side by the day. I need to sell and move on this company or it's demigods (so they think) are not worth the time I waste.
If you have 5K divvy coming you got way more stroke then me Dude, maybe it's nearing the time we take a count to just how much stroke we have collectively? No waste of time on more then one occasion we have been shown a 52% no vote (they have no need or use for us). You have been pointing that out for sometime surprised you added so much.
I'm sure we will get are shares, this is just an example of why the market treats ISCR in the manner it does. Inept and out of touch with it's commons and OTC exchange in general. Our savior is a phantom investor who is just perfect.
