2). STANDARD REGISTRAR - HHSE has informed the Wyoming Secretary of State that the A/S Share Structure is to be "frozen" at this time, with no issuances from Standard Registrar to be authorized. We felt that this draconian step was necessary due to the recent, unauthorized and unmerited issuances by Standard Registrar, combined with their lethargic rate of responding to our communications. At the request of our litigation counsel in Los Angeles, we have been advised to not publicly address our grievances with Standard Registrar any further through this blog.

LOLOLOLOL!!!!!! Where to even start with that one? HHSE informed the Wyoming SOS to freeze the AS? LOLOL! Wyoming SOS can't arbitrarily do anything with the AS!!! Standard Registrar can't tell Wyoming to increase the AS nor does the SOS have anything to do with stock issuances!

So much for "making it right", huh? These people are morons.
