I know, what a joke. You are right, Wyoming cannot arbitrarily move the A/S, nor can HHSE tell Wyoming to tell Standard Transfer not to issue shares.

Eric can request information from the Transfer Agent, and they are required to respond. To say that Standard is not responding is false. Standard is not going to go rogue and maintain silence from its client.
