This isn't a spin from positive to the negative at all about IDGC. This is to point out that the history of IDGC and CEO DuFort is a little less than forthcoming towards investors/shareholders when it comes to information, company direction, company goals, status of operations and CEO goals to build shareholder confidence. Every investor/shareholder should be leery of statements being made that are similar to statements made by DuFort in the past with little to no deviation.
